Grip Sport Nationals 2026
This years National Competition bringing competitors from across the nation to Calgary, Alberta on April 18, 2026.

The last man standing format will be used for the first 4 events with each competitor getting 0:30 to complete their lift. Switching hands is allowed. GSI (Grip Sport International) rules will be used. The last two events the competitor will be given 1:30 to provide their best effort.
Every Class will receive medals and the overall men's and ladies classes and masters winning awards. Everyone will receive an competition t-shirt.
Classes (preliminary depending on interest):
Men's - 120+, 120, 105, 93
Ladies - 84+, 84, 63
Overall Youth Men's (18 or less) - Added Dec 5
Overall Youth Ladies (18 or less) - Added Dec 5
Overall Men's Masters 50+
Overall Ladies Masters 50+
