Klondike Strongman Classic
Formerly known as the Mosaic Classic, this is the amatuer only competition held at Edmonton's Kdays Festival. 21 amateur athletes from across Canada will be attending the North Stage and putting a preformance for the crowd. This year, these athletes will be competing side by side with the PRO/AM athletes.

EVENTS:
OHP Medley - Athletes get to choose what implement they'd like to do. Each implement is worth a certain amount of points
Farmers Carry - Athletes will have to walk with weight a farmers handle loaded approximately 50 feet
Natural Stone Load - Athletes will have 3 stones to load to a platform, the lightest from 15 feet away, the heaviest from 5 feet away
Klondike Deadlift - Farm/Oil Rig Equipment loaded on a car deadlift frame
Oil Barrel Yoke - A yoke walk with barrels on the side
Head-to-Head Atlas Stones - Athletes will line up against eachother and pass an atlas stone back and forth, once uncompleted the athlete will be eliminated.
